Services & Pricing
Two ways to work with us. Both fix real problems.
Some contractors need an ongoing financial partner. Others need one specific problem solved, permanently. We price both the same way: clearly, and scaled to how many active jobs you’re actually running and the complexity of your business — not a one-size number pulled from a rate card.
Monthly Partnership
Design, Build, Decorate
Every retainer starts with the same core: a monthly WIP schedule and job costing you can trust. What changes after that is how much narrative, forecasting, and hands-on partnership gets wrapped around it – and how many jobs it’s built to carry.
Design
For a lean job list that just needs clean, trustworthy numbers every month.
$2,000–$2,500 /mo
Up to 5 active jobs
- Monthly WIP schedule update
- Job costing variance flags
- Quarterly financial review
- Async / email access
Build
For contractors juggling more jobs than they can track without a written narrative each month.
$3,500–$4,500 /mo
Up to 10 active jobs
- Everything in Design
- Written variance narrative
- Monthly financial review
- Over/under-billing & cash flow commentary
- Retainage aging schedule
- Monthly 30-45 minute review call
Decorate
For contractors who use their financials to win bids and bonding, not just to close the books.
$6,000–$8,000 /mo
Unlimited active jobs
- Everything in Build
- Estimator accuracy review
- Monthly close sign-off
- 13 week rolling cash flow forecast
- Bonding package prepared quarterly
- Next day SLA & quarterly ops meeting attendance
Retainer pricing above reflects recent pricing for a typical engagement per tier, not a quote. Your actual rate is confirmed after a short scoping conversation, since job count and complexity determines project requirements. Retainer engagements are subject to term minimums to protect the onboarding investment on both sides.
One-Time Engagements
Financial Diagnostic
$2,000–$2,750 flat • 3–4 week turnaroundMost owners suspect something’s off with their books but can’t say what, exactly. We audit your QBO setup, cost-code structure, and WIP-readiness, then deliver a written report telling you exactly what’s broken and what it would take to fix – whether you hire us for anything else or not.
Single System Implementation
$3,500–$6,000 flat • 4–6 week turnaroundOne system, built right: a QBO reconfiguration, a Ramp rollout, a Gusto implementation, or a Knowify rollout – whichever one is actually holding you back.
Full Stack Implementation
$13,000–$18,000 flat • 8–12 week turnaroundQBO for your ledger, Ramp for AP, Gusto for payroll, and Knowify for AR, all wired together as one system – chart of accounts, cost codes, AP/AR workflow, job costing and WIP setup, team training, and 30 days of hyper support while it beds in.
WIP Schedule Build & Report
$2,500–$4,000 flat • 1-2 week turnaroundIf you don’t have a WIP schedule at all, we build one from your real job data, deliver the first report, and walk you through what it’s telling you.
Bonding / Lender-Ready Package
$3,000–$5,000 flat • 2–4 week turnaroundA bonding renewal or credit application is the worst possible moment to discover your numbers don’t hold up. We prepare the WIP schedule, financials, AIA billing summary, and AR/retainage aging your agent or lender is going to ask for.
Start with the diagnostic. Credit it toward the fix.
The diagnostic is a real, written assessment you can act on with or without us. If it convinces you to move forward, 50% of the fee is credited in full toward a Single System or Full Stack Implementation booked within 30 days of delivery.
How We Price
What the numbers above actually mean
Every figure on this page reflects what a typical engagement at that scope is expected to run based on recent data — it’s a starting point for a conversation, not a binding quote. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after a short scoping call, and is driven primarily by how many active jobs are involved, and overall business complexity.
We’re based in Buford, GA and work in person with contractors across Gwinnett County and the greater Atlanta metro. Most of the actual work — job costing, WIP builds, monthly reviews — happens over video calls and inside your existing tech stack, so we’re equally set up to serve contractors anywhere in the continental United States who want this level of financial partner.
Not sure which one fits?
A 30-minute diagnostic call is the fastest way to find out – and it’s the first phase of every engagement above.
